We had an amazing experience here. We stayed on Christmas Eve while we were on our way to another city. We did not plan to stay here but had to get off the road due to the horrible road conditions. The hotel was clean and the amenities were great. They had a decent gym, snack bar, and great TV technology in the room. The lady working at the front desk was so nice and made our stay really special.
Nearly new! Comfy bed and pillows, clean. We stayed 2 nights just for the location and convenience. Plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. Extremely accommodating during mandatory COVID polices and procedures. Breakfast was “grab and go” style. Our family stayed 1 night too. We absolutely enjoyed the visit, delicious dinner in German Village @ Lindey’s and breakfast at Bob Evans just out of the hotel parking lot. A nice place to bring in a New Year masks with distancing and all!
No place to sit in room. As a traveler I should have looked a little closer. Still a nice room.
I had to revise my review, this place was lousy. Not at all up to marriott standards. Interrupted by staff 3 times by employees just walking into my room. There was no business chair to work at the desk, that's really lousy. Also the carpet is torn badly next to the vinyl, I had to put a towel down to keep from stabbing my feet on the track strips. No covid protocols from the staff, but lots of signs saying to wear a mask. There are many other hotels in the area to stay, check them out.
It was very cold to the point where it was uncomfortable. No mater what you set the heat on it would come on and then stay off for hours. It kept reading 75 when it CLEARLY wasn't 75 in that room. This was AFTER I already switched rooms because the first room I had was blowing out cold air. The refrigerator is like a cooler it's barely blows any air even while on max, it keeps you food or beverage cool but DEFINITELY not cold. I was Disappointed for the money they charged and I won't recommend this place.
