This is a great community in Grove City close to 270. Super friendly mangers Jennifer and Jay.
I drive by this place every day and it looks trashy. There are cars being worked on that are half put together and the homes I see are not in the best shape. To top it off the people I've seen always glare at me. From what I see on a daily basis I definitely wouldn't consider this place and wouldn't recommend anyone to live here.
The management is horrible to deal with. I'd like to know what the building that says Office is used for? This email address isn't even valid and the phone don't get answered. The voicemail is almost always full. The lot fees are ridiculously high for an unmanaged site!
Great place to live
I have lived at Carter's mobile home park for 11 years now, and it has its ups and downs. But with the new owner, it has improved alot. Nice community and a lot of times it's insanely quiet, even on the weekends.
