I received a Covid-19 test from them on Monday morning, and it is now Thursday night, and I still have not gotten any result. I also have called multiple times to try to reach someone working at their pharmacy to ask why it is taking so long, and could not reach a real human. Do not make the mistake of going here

Whatever happened to customer service? No greeting. No smile underneath that mask.. No nothing. Just nasty, mean eyes because I walked in the door and she was ready to go home.

I needed to cancel an appointment and where the automated service wasn't the easiest to use, the pharmacist made things quick and simple.

This CVS is a mess of disproportionate incompetence. I waited close to 30 min beyond my scheduled COVID-19 slot and left as I had to tend to life. Despite calling the pharmacy, no progress was made. During this pandemic, a concerted effort to help patients should be paramount vs languishing in executional failures. It is shameful for such a large and reputable company to give this sort of service.nnI can’t possibly say anything more that doesn’t convey my feelings of disappointment, anger and frustration. I prefer to keep this feedback civil and objective. It was exquisitely difficult not to embark on an expletive laden review. Do better!
