The cvs, 665 pharmacy is not the place I would pick
I second the other reviewer on here which says no one answers phones. I’ve called as both a patient and a physician (I am both), and have waited 15 minutes (and counting) to speak to someone—and no one answers. I gave up. I will have to physically go up there. They need more staff—or if they have enough, someone needs to answer the phone... Communication is key to patient care and business.
Today at 9am i visited here to take pictures I always choose cvs for anything lady made my picture but she was busy in here mobile video call and made my pictures very very bad because she was taking to video group call she wasted my time and money...
I didn't think it was possible for a pharmacy to be worse than 665's CVS, but this one takes the cake. Marty in the pharmacy couldn't fill basically scripts without speaking to the minute clinic NP multiple times over the TWO scripts I was having filled. Insane.
