It was very comfortable and a nice safe setting. The lady up front, I believe her name is Melinda, was so helpful. She helped me find good food, a reliable car service to get me to airport on time and even helped me fix the reservation I myself messed up online for my next visit in 2 weeks. As a mover who travels alot, i appreciate herbgoing above and beyond her call of duty to help me. Whether im going to Cincinnati or Lexington, I will go out of my way to stay again.
We expected more from quality inn. This was not even on track for roadway or econo Lodge quality. To say that there were no bugs and the room was clean is the best we can offer The shower drain didn't work, there was no hot breakfast, nor vouchers for local restaurants. Quite simply, disappointing.
Didn't deserve one star, although the desk person was very nice, the hotel was awful. First room stunk so bad couldn't stay in it. Front desk personal came up with bottle of deodorizer and sprayed inside mini fridge, microwave and air conditioner, the furniture was beat to death and the cheap vinyl chair was peeling and very little fabric left in tack. Second room we moved to was much better but still not the quality expected.
I've stayed at many hotels . But this one is the cleanest, EVeRRrr. Front desk guy was real informative and kind. I cant get over the beds, the beds are so cozy. Clean ,crisp, fresh ,cozy bed. Excellent and for the price. Win win with this quality Inn.
For the price it was great. Very friendly staff at check in. Room was clean.
