Great hotel! We checked in around 8pm Saturday night 10/10/2020. The lady working the front desk was so sweet and honestly made our day. We flew up to Detroit from Florida and were driving back through, so it was a very long day and she made our day. We couldn't stop talking about how friendly she was. You can tell she really cared about the guests there. I'm upset I didn't catch her name to personally compliment her! Even the girl working that next morning when we checked out around 7 was great. The staff can make or break a hotel and the staff here is amazing! The rooms were also very clean and sanitized also. We plan on staying there again during our next trip up that way!
From the min i walked in the door the front desk personal were very friendly and helpful. They had great selections on where to eat from the locally own restaurants in the area which I highly recommend. The rooms were extremely clean and the shower had two extra jets which I had never seen in a hotel. Very convenient to get to the Ark Encounter which was the reason for our visit to Kentucky.
Stopped on our way back to Michigan from N.C. and so glad we chose this hotel!nVery clean, super new, and staff were all very friendly. Nice hotel suite. Was surprised by the kitchen. Very spacious and relaxing!
Lower the prices for one night stays and get better beds. Rock solid beds were not what I wanted to pay for the price I paid. For the price I paid I could have gotten a better bed at holiday inn.
