The hotel was very clean! My son and I played in the pool and enjoyed the friendly staff.nI also wanted to send a special shout to Glen who went above and beyond to help a customer. Glen demonstrated amazing customer service and professionalism!nWe would def stay there again!
WE HAVE STAYED A NUMBER OF TIMES IN THIS HOTEL AND EACH TIME OUR STAY HAS BEEN EXCELLENT! THEY HAVE MADE US FEEL VERY MUCH AT HOME AND VERY COMFORTABLE.
Rude front desk manger. Access Control doesn't work on ANY doors except front main door (reads card but door doesn't engage) trash in parking lot, handicap rooms at opposite end of hallway from elevator! Don't know who designed the building but epic fail! Not handicap friendly/accessible. Very disappointing for a Hilton.
This was a beautiful Hilton to stay at. I had an issue that occurred during my stay and they handled it wonderfully. Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were sanitized (and mark according w/Lysol tags). It was my first hotel stay during Covid outbreak and I was pleased. Definitely will stay again if we are in the area. Thank you all and stay safe!
I actually loved it... It was a lot different from some of the ones I normally go to... I'm hotel advisor. It had a great lay out and set up the shower is lovely and the paint in there makes you feel right at home. Half if the room is a little old fashion but who doesn't like a little bit of that.. and For everyone who likes new school the other half is great for that.. You have your own little desk if your on a busy trip..
