Nice place, well kept for adults 55 and older. Owners keep the lawn done on a regular basis. No unruly children roaming the lot.. only complaint is that within 5 yrs, the lot fee has gone from 280 to 350. Still affordable for older, withnjust with such an increase with no new additions or extras. The senior Owner (the dad) is solid... the son, is seen for what he is.
