Just moved in and everyone I have met is great. Scot in the office was on top of everything when getting the trailer moved in and set up. He also helped me get a ramp set up for my daughter and his contractors had it done in 1½ days which was awesome... Couldn't have asked for a better group of people with my transition of moving thanks so much...

I feel that the landlord Scott is very rude and did not allow us to sign a new leasenBut instead raised our rent! I feel the manager Scott is very flirtatious,unprofessional and won’t fix my furnace nor my stove or hot water heater and we are two elderly ladies,, both in and out of the hospital and he raised it in November from 999nTo1199 ! Because of Scott we have never been able to call this place home! It’s been an awful experience ,the worst and hardest Christmas ever ! Scott said pay the extra 200 or leave as he snickered at us! This put us through so much bad memories! If you go on line to sun homes they don’t follow through or even try to!nOh one more little thing, big really! The girl across the street from me has bedbugs and roaches along with some black mold the woman told me she hadnAll this,not to mention her poor kids are ate up with bed bugs scratching all the time! We've lived here for 10 years, and Scot is by far the best Manager we've had! He listens to you and is very friendly. We had my son's bday party in the clubhouse (before Covid) and it was truly a great time! Love living here!

Way over priced you can buy a house for less then the lot payment..... The management runs it like a prison . you are not in the army anymore.... Have cought Scott walking around the trailer being sneaky after dark . yet at least 3 times a week There is cops and fire department there to narcan someone . I have found neddles in my yard and told him about it and he didn't want to hear about it he said call the cops Evan after I told him where they were coming from. I got my trailer out of there and bought land for half the cost of lot rent .would be a nice place if they had good management and cut the lot rent in half .after they water and sewer you pay well over 600 a month . its a trailer park not a condo . good luck if you do move there lock your bikes up because I had six stolen in less then a year.....
