Stayed here 1 week into them being open, friendly staff very nice experience will be staying there again tomorrow night as a matter of fact,
My room had not been cleaned I had to clean it hair in shower ! Spilled soda in fridge with a open soda on door of fridge door was filthy no clean room sticker on door cause no one cleaned it so I cleaned it cause I was tired and wanted to rest before my day started! I told the hotel person at desk! No one ever contacted me about this issue so I thought maybe they wouldn’t charge me but I haven’t heard nothing and it’s been 3 weeks and they didn’t take money out my account for rooms. So I thought I wasn’t being charged and they waited 3 weeks later today to take funds out my account so very sad ! Especially for a place with Hilton behind the nameud83dude21ud83dude1e
Very friendly staff and good space for teenagers/kids. Nice workout room and pool area.
Staff was friendly.nWe had adjoining rooms, the threshold was missing, the walls looked as though whoever painted them wasn’t aware it didn’t cover, shower had hair in it, room in general wasn’t cleaned properly. The lobby area on the 4th floor was dirty. The elevators were dirty.nHaving ice only available on the first floor was a pain and very inconvenient.nBeing a “Hilton” hotel I was very disappointed.
