I needed a new chain for my mid drive electric mountain bike so I got on Bishop's excellent website to see if they had a suitable chain in stock. After looking through their chains I found a Shimano HG71 chain rated for e-bike use and the website said it was in stock. When I read off the part number from the website the friendly staff found the chain and I was on my way out the door in no time. The price for the chain was the same as the online retailers and I didn't have to wait for shipping so I was able to go back to riding the same day after installing the new chain. It also felt great support a local business. Especially one that has been there since 1890. I saw a few other interesting things I may need while I was there so I'll be back again sometime! Please continue to keep a few essential ebike parts stocked.

Love this place. Exceptional service with a hometown vibe. Took a bike here on Saturday for a replacement chain... 10 min repair. Same for a flat tire today. Fair price and good service. Who could ask for more.
