Decent place to live. Better than most trailer parks.
The trailers are ran down. They wont fix anything even if you put in a work order. Some people don't get the same treatment as others. They will make you pay high rent but refuse to fix anything. The property manager blames the prior manager for the issues. But she shares personal information about tenants with the former manager and other residents because she doesn't know how to do her job. The property manager is never in the office during the hours she is supposed to be. The owners really should take a look onto the property. If they plan on keeping this place they really need to go a different route!!!!
I live here currently, people are great, wish the curfew was stricter.
Great residents, and quiet neighborhood. The price in rent greatly outweighs the amount of upkeep and maintenance shown to the rental properties.
Its a very nice mobile home park
