Great place to live and raise your family
Been here for about 9 or so years and the the rent has been raised up almost every year ...the water cost has been raised up a few times also...a pet dog fee...the managment won't have anything to do with any good suggestions...the parking space for the lots are not divided up equally.
Seems like a nice neighborhood...employees were taking care of grounds...only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the roads are a complete disaster!!!
The park manager is unwilling to get a lot of repairs done around the park in a timely manner. Streets, lightning and water run off problems. Kids there do as the wish there parents don't keep a watch on them. There are so many people that live there that don't work and spend a lot of time late at night walking the park.
One of the worst roads I've ever been on. It's getting bad. It's headed the same way as the trailer park on the East side of rte. 72. They're letting a lot of trash move in and it shows at the entrance to the park. This used to be for older folks who take care of their homes.
