I had a great experience today with three wonderful employees, John, Jeremy, and Kylie. They all did a great job ensuring that my needs were met and that I was well taken care of. Great customer service here and great selection of products.

I've been dealing with really bad back pain and decided to buy an inversion table. I went to the store and had to wait for help around 45 minutes just to be told they had none in stock and no other stores had them. I went home and ordered it online through their website. I selected standard shipping which would only take about 5 days to be delivered. That would be fine accept it told me I would have it on the 5th day, and then on the 3rd day, then the 6th day, the 7th day, and here on the 8th day I do not have my product and shipping has no expected date anymore. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. If I had just ordered it on Amazon I would have already had my item!

Everything was laid out in an understandable way found what we needed quickly.

Good variety of everything. Bit pricy though.
