Walmart Pharmacy

Everyone is so nice even when the line is long in front of them.

The Walmart pharmacy staff exceeds my expectations. They call and remind me that i have a refill pick up and are very helpful.

My family used this pharmacy for a long time we have switched pharmacy we now go across the street. We have nothing but problems with getting our prescriptions. I have been lied to by staff. They do not communicate to you whats going on with your prescriptions. I believe this pharmacy lacks ingerity,has bad customer service, terrible communication skills.

Poor customer service. As a doctor had a bad experience getting through for over half an hour to call a prescription for a patient. Was told by support staff rudely that pharmacist was “busy” with a patient, waited for 10 more minutes, so hung up and had to call back to be told the same. Should we be waiting or take care of our patients...as if I am not busy. Wonder how a disadvantaged patient would deal with this place ?Patients should go elsewhere.
