Worst place to live if something happens to your trailer. Corporate office is full of excuses and have ignored our trailer to the point of it's not repairable anymore. Never thought it would go from bad ownership to worse unacceptable treatment. The problem is when you need help you get a good run around and having to call 52 time's for who ever is answering the phone to quit hanging up and talk.
Poor communication. They sell used mobile homes for jacked up prices. They set appointments for people to inspect the homes and then do not show up. It is very difficult to get a return phone call and discussing basic contracts and terms just does not seem to be an option. They charge $30 for a background check, which is reasonable,. However, the condition of half of the trailer park is pretty bad.
