Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warsaw

Hotel is nice, its brand new. My compliant is that it takes 20+ minutes to get hot water for a shower (not exaggerating) I was on all 3 floors all over the hotel for 2 months. No reason why that should happen in a brand new building let alone anywhere besides broken equipment that they aren't fixing or shotty construction. The staff is nice but really stingy on the breakfast when you ask for more than 1 of something like its coming out of their check. Also the night guy locks the door with a key at night which is a huge fire/life safety hazard if an emergency were to happen.

I have two night reservation that they wouldn't match the price online. The lobby smelled like marijuana the whole night and I refused to let my kids go through it to enter or exit! Upon arrival Seth (female) was on the phone and didn't talk much to the customer and was waiting for a response as I stood there for 15 minutes waiting til done as well as another female with dyed red hair. The rooms are clean but not kept up as the tube was cracked after open for about a year. Also NO room service until you check out, you have to go down to the desk everytime!!!! Other Hotels and Motels will bring things to you door and will be gone because they call on the phone stating it is outside the door. I also contacted the manager and HE stated that Nothing can be done about anything because I only stayed 1 day. I will be taking this to the furthest extent possible being a Wyndham member as well as a constant traveling person!

Great hotel and staff! Towels could be a little softer. They're like 200 grit.

Room was spotless & completely furnished with all amenities including a safe. Customer service was great. Staff adhered to the CDC recommendations to keep us all safe. Right down the street from all the stores. Great pricing. Very comfortable & enjoyable stay. Recommended.

We were looking to visit Letchworth State Park for a few days and needed a convenient hotel. We wanted something close to the park, easy off/on the highway, easy to find and wouldn't cost an arm ana leg. So I did the research and Micro Warsaw stood out! The hotel seems to be very new, everything was clean and well appointed.
