Unfortunately I have to use this rite aid store. I need to refill my prescription and I have been calling them for days now and no one wants to answer the phone. This is so unprofessional.nIf you call this store and for some miracle they do answer, they just put you on hold and forget about you. I wish their corporate will do something about it.
The staff is terrific. However, the pharmacy wait is the worse!
The Pharmacy people are wonderful. Grateful that they are there during these trying times.

The pharmacy techs talk waaaay too much, most of the tine they act like they don't want to be there. As I am writing this review (waiting on line) they are having a conversation in the back about someones baby daddy.They never notice the people on the line. Hate coming here but I have no choice. And the pharmacist enables it. She just joined in the conversation. You cant make this up!
