Good to see same employees for years. They work hard and sure sometimes they dunno things but so have all of us at some point working where ever. Lines are pushed fast and I never ever wait long here. No complaints here for the past 13+ years, until now. The pharmacy does suck! Go to Kings Community Pharmacy I am always out in less than 2 mins and always get texted when my meds are ready. In addition they do free delivery locally.

Terrible! Prescriptions are never ready on time. I used Express Pickup and prepaid online before going to the store to pick up my prescription. The point of using the service is to limit the amount of time you need to spend in the store (no insurance questions, items are prepaid, etc.). However, once you arrive in the store I was told that the separate line for Express Pickup service isn't being honored so I'm stuck waiting 40 minutes on the regular line just so they can scan my QR code and hand me my prescription. Ridiculous. Here's an idea - honor both lines and have the cashier call a few people from either line periodically. At least that's a form of compromise.

This Walgreens has the worst customer service. I called to check on my prescription for my father in law and was placed on hold for over five minutes and then disconnected. When I called back no one answered the phones and again was disconnected. Horrible service!

the customer service is the worst!! They are very rude , the lady who was taking my things to be charge had an attitude with desire to make a scene. They are very unpleasant and just want to get rid of you as a customer. I've been a Walgreens customer for long time, is my favorite pharmacy but after this service received, believe me, I will change my priorities on places to spend my money. Hope I don't need to come here in the future, so help me God!

They need to hire better staff at the location. They clearly don’t seem to know how to multi-task. Why do I have to wait 20 minutes on hold just for somebody to pick up and put me on hold again and then have the line disconnect.nnI’m trying to switch over and use another pharmacy and even canceling with them is a problem. This place is trash.
