Great and knowledgeable staff. Made my first experience with a local bike shop amazing. Ordered from their site directly and was assembled 3 weeks before promised estimate. Upon pick up, I was offered a tutorial on the bike features and optional extra accessories. I opted for a bike stand and it was mounted in under 5 mins! Great prices and service. Great customer service!nnI went today to pick-up a car bike rack, which was ready for curbside pick-up. After months of trying to order from other companies I was delighted when it was actually available as advertised online. I was eager to pick-up the bike rack ahead of the weekend despite being car-less for the day.nnMiller, a member of the staff, was extremely helpful and graciously went above and beyond to assist me with an unusual request - getting the car rack attached to my bicycle! With a little mechanical ingenuity, he was able to affix the large box to my bike rack and I was able to peddle 3.5 miles home without incident. Made my day! Thank you so much, Miller.
