The staff was absolutely amazing! Heather was a perfect example of what a hostess should be. The house keeping lady Mary was so joyful and full of life ❤ufe0f. Even the laundry man asked me if there was anything he could do to make my stay more enjoyable do not hesitate to ask. Made me feel like a big time ceo of a company when in reality I'm a average Joe.
Check-in process took a little longer than anticipated. Otherwise the room was clean but they're clearly in need of a little bit of a remodel. Wallpaper was peeling off in several noticeable locations. They actually didn't try to force decaf coffee on me which was great. The beds were very comfortable it's very nice sheets. I really like the hardwood floors in our room.
Very helpful and friendly. I experienced nice staff and management. Yes I would most definitely stay at this hotel again.
Great room. Comfy bed. The only negative things were that there was no soap and no trash receptacle in our room, otherwise; our room was fine. Comfortable room. Clean. We would stay again...we will bring our own soap. ud83dude0a
I will never ever stay at this hotel again. if i could leave a negative star rating i would. First when we got here we couldn't get in to the room i paid for then we got moved to a diffrent room that wasn't even clean , then they lost my brother in laws reservation and tried to kick him out even though he was able to pull up is confirmation that said he already paid for 2 more days. it took calling booking.com and for them to call the owner to get anything sorted out. And on top of everything else i have had to go to the front office 10 times in order to get a new key because they keep locking us out of our room.
