Quality Inn Glen Falls-Queensbury

Nice sized room. Staff were very professional and helpful. Convenient location.

We stay here twice every year, on the way to Florida and on the way back. They are adding improvements to the motel, looking good!

Horrible experience, noticed dry blood stains on sheets and ripped comforters. TV and wifi wasn't working , called maintenance and he was unprofessional and rude. Next morning we needed towels and they were never sent. Woke up today at 4 am, both arms bitten ,swollen and red from bedbugs. Some of my fingers are swollen and hot to the touch. Reported to front desk and she gave us our money back. Never coming back. I'm in horrible pain.

Clean place good friendly staff

Had a very brash loud woman at the desk when we checked out in the morning. Rather, she was sitting in the lobby having a coffee and shouting across the room to someone regarding the election and what she's gonna do if her guy don't win. She was very rude and irritated that she had to get up and go print us a receipt. ud83dude32 Not a good impression to leave with people staying at your hotel.
