The couple who run it were very friendly. Price was reasonable. Water pressure and temperature were good. Tv selection was very good. Rooms looked somewhat worn but were clean.

Just a low price, no fuss hotel. I've stayed about a week so far and have had no issues. Clean and quiet. No complaints here!

Very pleasant in the front desk. Clean rooms in quiet as atmosphere. The place I come to spend the night while working on the road in Elmira.

Decent motel for cheap although, our lamps in room did not work even after we mentioned it to front desk, stains on comforter. And the wall heater was not working properly it got uncomfortably hot in the room and the heater did not shut off on it's own when it got to temp like it was supposed to. Fridge/freezer combo was not to good was hard to understand settings

My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights. The owners were very pleasant, fast check in and check out process, our room was amazing with a super comfortable king size bed and it was very clean and had everything one could need provided. The hotel as a whole was very clean, and was kept up daily. Everyone one we met during our stay there were very friendly. Excellent location with shopping and dining very close by. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are ever in the area, I know we will definitely stay there again.
