Motel 6 Schenectady, NY

Great experience for the fair price you're paying. Pet friendly. Simple room. Big bed. The smells were a bit strong, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive. The shower (hot water) was great!

For the price and the fact that its truly dog friendly im happy! The room i had was clean and comfortable. My dog, mom and I are happy. I will be back!

The people working here were very nice but the rooms need a better cleaning before hand. I also would have liked it if they had roo.s suited for extended stays with a full fridge and kitchenette. I hope they might offer rooms like that because they are in a nice location for someone who is staying in the Schenectady area. I would also like to say that this place has really soft water. I noticed after a few days showering here my skin and hair are softer which is kind of odd but it's the truth. I just hope they can do a better job prepping the rooms before occupying.

We stayed over the weekend, not only was the towels stained and nasty but the bathroom was horrible. The toilet and tub looked like it forgot to be cleaned. I went looking for the housekeeper for clean towels and had friendly conversation with her. She was very pleasant, but asked me if I knew anyone who had prescription pain killers for sale! I was shocked and appalled. Will NOT be staying here ever again and urge others to find a place with a little more class. Most hotels in the area are similar prices with alot less drama.

the room was fine front office was nice only issue was the tub was disgusting
