Quality Inn Schenectady - Albany

My son was in a pretty bad accident on his way back to school over the weekend and the Quality Inn was kind enough to allow my son to take safety at their hotel for a few hours with all of his belongings while awaiting pick up by his father. The hotel even put him in a room for a few hours to rest and regain his sense of calm and safety and allowed us a reduced rate. 5 Stars for the excellent service and compassion shown to this mama while her college aged son was dealing with this accident and the safety and warmth they provided my son during a difficult situation. Front desk staff member was amazing. Thank you again!

Shower drains slow. And too many burns on smoking room carpet. Low key for rendezvous. Would visit again only in emergency. . .

Costs only a few$$ more than the lower tier like Motel 6, but the difference in quality is huge. Indoor entrance is safer, guest staff was above and beyond. Room was immaculate, plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner provided.

I asked for a non smoking Room and they gave me a smoking Room that was disgusting. My clothing and my belonging smell like cigarettes when I left. They don't do a real good job of deodorising smoking rooms. I have stayed there on other occasion's in a non smoking Room and they were kept much cleaner.
