Stayed one night on business. Excellent communication with owner, clean room, stylish and comfy. Will stay again!

Will not answer phones nor emails. Would not recommend. Ended up changing to a different hotel. Lack of hospitality is astounding.

Historic hotel partially renovated and partly tired and worn with a ghost town feel...but that might be partially Covid-19 you blame. Adding to average saying is a mini-kitchen without a coffee maker or toaster and no room service to take away the trash. The bathroom was good.nnOverall, it's okay and it might get 3.5 stars if it weren't for the Pandemic. No hard feelings...I bought a small coffee maker for the room that I will leave behind. Maybe the next guest will be more complimentary.

Great boutique type hotel. Nice size bed, big bathroom, and had hot plate on counter and big fridge. Right next to Proctor's Theater and only a few miles from Rivers Casino. Front desk staff were nice, hotel rooms and general area were clean. Continental breakfast was adequate. Tiny elevators, maybe 4 adults fit in. I would stay again

Closed? Number disconnected, no response from anyone. Was able to book a room but never received a confirmation and tried to contact them; nothing. Charged my credit card too!
