Worst hotel in CAPITAL REGION! I'm here on business so I didnt book my on accommodations but if I did I would have been long gone! First incident was accused of ordering 4 breakfast orders when I only ordered 2 and initially I was told breakfast was complementary due to COVID for Diamond members but thats turned out to be a LIE and was accused ordering 4 breakfast meals! They tried to bill my room for that without my consent but I didnt have my card on file and thats when the called me. I spoke with their corporate office and nothing was done. Then I had two guest come to visit me and the front desk called my room and said something along the lines of all guest must be checked in kind of like your not allowed to have company in your room!!!!! Now the front desk clerk let them in to wait for me in the lobby so I could bring them up. But she never asked for ID or vaccination card so it wasn't a COVID pre-caution. The service at this place is the worst!

COVID-19 scammers. Claimed they was full to make you book a room when I got there they greeted you at the front door as if you’re a zombie. Give you (2) cookies you stay 6 hours they charge you for two nights. And to top it all off the hotel was empty. The front desk gave me attitude and the corporate office never answered back my advice drive -by this hotel with a quickness .

I will always come back to a double tree. The experience is lovely.
