Holiday Inn Express & Suites Queensbury - Lake George Area

Had a Really nice stay here. The rooms were nice and clean. Their strict mask policy was amazing. I enjoy a place that adheres to the “must wear mask” policy in the state of the pandemic. The water pressure and temperature was on point! I would definitely make Holiday Inn my go-to hotel whenever my family and I are in town.

So I didn’t actually stay here I booked I stay for my parents for the weekend said that they were able to see my sister who just moved back to the area after three years. I’ve stayed in a Holiday in Express for work several times in love it always a good experience. However, while my parents were staying here this past weekend they said people were running and screaming down the hall above them until 1130 at night both nights as they were able to use any of the amenities because they were always packed with kids. And did go down to the desk a few times ask about it. So this evening when I called on their behalf because my parents aren’t really the type to wanna rock the boat I expressed to the girl who Answer the phone that I was upset on their behalf because they weren’t able to sleep the best because of all the noise. The girl said it was the guests responsibility to come to the front desk if there’s issues. And I explain to her that’s not their type of personality and it’s not their responsibility to make sure that people are following the noise compliancy for the hotel. With that being said I genuinely understand where she’s coming from and what she’s saying however when paying for a service you shouldn’t have to expect people to comply with the hotels requirements. Super disappointed.

The people work there are friendly and professional, clean comfortable room.nBreakfast was wonderful.

Very nice location. We enjoyed our stay and staff arr very nice and respectful. With covid19 staff wear mask and signs everwhere for health purpose. Swimming pool is limited to reservations which we love. No buffet but they prepare thr breakfast order in a bag. We loved it. Also staff was very aware of whats going on in the hotel. Their were an incident when a party of guest came in the pool and the staff saw and acted quickly and removed everyone out to disinfect and clean to make sure they fallow guidelines of how many guest are allowed. Over all we would go back to the place. Also we left a reading glasses and called the fallowing day and they found and mailed what we left. Great place to stay near lake george and other lakes
