This review is late but I needed to post this. I had MJ Richardson complete work on my Chimney this past summer. They installed new Chimney Flue, new crown, install caps and cleaned my chimney. They did a complete inspection on my chimney. They were on time, extremely friendly and professional. What I like most of all is they were the only company that came out to review the work and provide a quote. Other companies didn't respond or requested I send them a picture in order to provide a quote. I highly recommend using this company.

We are very happy with the work Richard and his crew did on our chimney. He installed a new cap, some repointing, did something with redirecting water so the black streak would stop running down the house, repaired the concrete shoulder that broke away from the house, cleaned it. The crew was very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend.

We had our chimney rebuilt from the roof line up, and the whole chimney patched and painted. Rich, Mike, John, and Collin were very knowledgable, professional and prompt. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the quality of their work. We would highly recommend them.

A great family business who perform meticulous work and attention to detail. I have a large stone chimney that was leaking water down the chimney breast inside. The stone covered up by the old flashing was badly deteriorated - MJ Richardson gave me a competitive quote, and were available quickly to perform the work. They replaced the flashing with copper (rather than aluminum) and re-pointed all of the old mortar / cracks. Also sealed the chimney crown with two layers of crown coat. The quality of work is excellent, I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

My husband and I are very happy with the experience we had with this contractor. Rich, Mike, John and Collin were very professional, curtious and had an extreme attention to detail on our chimney. They rebuilt our 50 year old chimney that was in rough shape due to time and elements and we could not be happier with the finished product. Our chimney is beautiful! Thank you MJ Richardson for a job well done, you were a pleasure to work with. Anyone looking for a contractor for your roof/chimney this is the place to call.
