We just had our roof replaced and we had a fairly good experience! Mike came out promptly to do our estimate, checked in with us the day of the installation, and helped get us put on a “priority status” (so to speak), because our roof had a leak! The guys worked fast to get the project done in one day. The only reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had called the office two weeks in a row to get a better idea of a specific date so I could have cash ready for them, and I was told I’d get a call back from a PM, and Kiara also told me she’d give me a call the next day, but that didn’t happen. Also, cleanup wasn’t the best as far as nails in our driveway/yard and we have little ones. But when I contacted Mike about both issues he was prompt to resolve them. All in all I would recommend their company!
Grave Bros. did a fantastic job repairing my dormer roof. They helped me determine what would be the best material to last longer than the last roof that was previously on there. I would highly recommend them for any roofing project. Very responsive and professional!
