Wonderful customer service, there was a lady greeting customers and gave gave me directions to where what I was looking for was. Made it a lot easier than having to track down the exact spor or another worker
I am a teacher and we ordered bikes as an incentive for a reading competition. One of our bikes was too small for a student who won the reading challenge. Kirstin at the register was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. Gene helped me pick out a bike for the student. He was incredibly patient with me. I had no idea what I was looking for or doing. Gene was probably one of the nicest people I have ever interacted with in any customer service situation. He even walked me out to my car to ensure I could get the bike in my car. This experience has made me a life long customer. Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere! I high recommend!
Curbside pickup was a little slow, but kept me from getting out of the car. Selection was good online for in store pick-up
