Very nice staff. I was told the rooms were disinfected and the bedding changed daily. I did not find this to be the case. I was in an executive suite that had a stained couch, chair, and carpet. No, I'm not the guy that picks things apart just for the sake of doing it. The stains were very noticeable as were the heavy finger print smudges on the door handle, bathroom faucet, and lamp. The room had a stale smell which told me the rooms were not disinfected daily. The shower handle was clear which allowed me to clearly see the mold inside the handle. These were things that anyone NOT looking would be able to see. Again, the staff was really friendly and did a great job.
They have the best beds I've ever sleep in , I asked for a smoking room, but got a non-smoking , checking out I lost my deposit
We have stayed at this hotel many times over the. Last few years and always had a clean comfortable stay . However this will be our last time .... each entrance we tried three different we have to walk through groups ofnpeople smoking . All through the hallways and stairwell HEAVY SMOKE! Rough character snHanging around ...Roaches ! It’s sad we used to enjoy staying here .
DO NOT STAY HERE. Gross. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room & of course my room smelled like an ash tray. So to “fit it” they put an Ozone machine in for 20 minutes as sprayed some febreze. There was also hair in the sink, toilet not clean, but best of all bugs all over. I will absolutely NEVER stay here ever again. Very disappointed.
The first time we stayed we got a suite it was worth the extra money awesome the second time we stayed it was a regular room we had to move rooms because of roaches but they were really good about giving us a break on r bill and very sorry
