Clean room, friendly staff. Spaces for boat parking too.
Best hotel we've ever stayed in !!! It's beautiful! Spotless clean! Smells good! Sweet, kind, courteous employees! Go out of there way to help you! ud83dude43nWe stayed in a suit on top floor room 423 and the many huge windows allowed the Beautiful view of the city! Super comfy room with king bed, couch, chase lounge, 2 foot stools, closet, desk, dresser, 2 TV's and so very very big!nIndoor pool !
I did not get a chance to actually stay at the hotel. However I am writing this review because when a third party app over booked for a specific type of room ( 2 rooms with 2 queen beds) the management and front desk called me and informed me of the overbooking. She offered to give us other room options but she also went a step further and offered to call another hotel to see if they had any availabilities. This shows that they have great management, work ethic and I'm sure it would have been a lovely stay.
It a nice hotel. Room was clean, and pretty nice for the price. The room was a standard two queen. It has a desk, and multiple USB plug ins in the room. There also a fabric chair to relax in. Next of the virus the breakfast is grab and go. The issues were minor with the room. The bathroom door would not latch, and the primary door did not close early.
Location was great. The hotel is in dire need of updating! We were told that is to happen soon. In the meantime, the carpet and upholstered chair were badly stained and there was evidence of roof leaks in our room. Even though it was unsightly, the room felt clean enough.
