Trek Bicycle Plainview

The entire Trek Plainview staff is one of the most friendliest I've ever dealt with. I came to buy some accessories for my Trek bike, members of the staff took the time to go over each item and why they thought I should purchase it. They never pressured me and the entire process was actually enjoyable. My accessories were installed as part of the purchase, and at the end of the day I was real happy with my experience. I literally felt like a member of the crew when I left the shop. Thanks Trek Plainview ... I'll be back soon !!!!

The staff here are great. I did not experience any sales pressure, but they went out of their way to help me at every step. Trek bikes are pretty much as good as any other big manufacturer’s bikes, but I specifically recommend this shop for the quality of service.

Great new bike shop opened jan'21 that services bikes of all brands and types at reasonable prices and quick turnaround. Super clean, friendly service and a lot of space in store for social distancing. Would def come back for service or parts.

this is a new trek store located in plainview. the inventory is extensive and the staff Top notch. went in to meet with a Rep named Tom and felt that not only did I meet a knowledgeable professional but also a friend. thank you team trek!

I’m so impressed with this store! I have been a big Trek fan for a while but usually get my things from the site or at various bike shops. Everything was so clean, everyone was so nice and that guy John was so helpful! I hadn’t gotten much for my 2019 Domane so he helped me customize the accessories so everything was streamlined. I also asked him a million questions about getting my bike serviced before the spring and he answered all my question. Definitely will go back!
