buyer beware!! Tear off and new roof put on October 2018. Severe water leaks in February 2021. Owner came and looked said he was sorry and never came back. We called three other professional companies and what we found out was very bad news! KJ roofing never even cut one of our ridge vents and other ridge vents were installed improperly, as well as two areas were not even done! Our brand new 30 year roof was improperly ventilated!! On one roof, if not three there was no ventilation! After inspecting our roof the professionals noted because of the lack of ventilation we now have mold!! Each professional said the mold was directly the result of KJ roofing! Not only did we have quarts of water pouring through a light fixture but now we have mold! If that wasn't bad enough, one roof does not have the pitch for the type of shingles they put on it. After 2 years we have a bigger expense and more problems then we started with. We have to rip off the back roof and literally start over! Please be aware! This company Nichols and dimes and the job is not done properly!!
Very professional and affordable!! They did a excellent job on our roof and made the process very easy. I would definitely hire them again for all my roofing needs!!
