the guy was really patient with me I am new to mountain biking I was there for over two hours and he was just explaining everything to me i will go back

This is from my husband's experience. He had bought his road bicycle from somewhere else. He's had issues with his gears since getting it and had previously taken it back to where he bought it. It still wasn't right. Prior to returning again he got in an accident. Now he needed to get a tire replaced, along with his gears fixed, and his bike checked to make sure it was okay. He found this place online and called about getting it in. It's an hour drive and he made it 15 minutes before they closed after work one day. He had planned on dropping it off due to it being so close to closing time. But when he got there, because of the drive the gentleman working the counter asked if he could wait a few minutes to see if it was a quick fix in order to save him a trip. They stayed past closing to get his bike fixed and got him back on the road. Keep in mind this is not where He bought the bike. He said that his bike has never felt this good and he bought it brand new. My husband has said because of that encounter he will be going there from now on, and when it comes time to buy another bike it'll be from there without question.

Stopped through on a bike trip, and the gentlemen who helped me was very informative and helpful, he even pumped our tires up for us so we could save our energy for a ride! We stocked up on nutrition and spare tubes, but would've loved to buy one of the killer gravel bikes they have.

The pricing for getting a bike fixed are reasonable. My only complaint is they never call when they say they will and so I have to chase them down to find out when my bike will be available for pick up. I expect better from a business.nAlso, they're NOT open on Mondays, or at least they do not answer phone calls, or have an open sign on the door.
