Couldn't be more rude when I called. A decent bike shop not dealing in eBikes referred me here. I called looking for a simple charging cable for my battery. The owner began by grilling me about what type of bike I had, and I told him I really just needed a common cable, he refused to sell me anything after hearing I didnt have a predigo bike, even though it was compatible.nI begged him, telling him it would really help me out and I wasnt in town long enough to ship, and he refused and hung up.nDidnt seem very stable.
Went by. It is by appointment only. Seem to have a good selection through window but the owner was not available on Saturday when we were in the area. Definitely call make sure you get up with someone before heading to the store.
My family and I loved doing this when we were in Utah! These bikes are so much and when I saw that there was a place in buffalo we couldn't wait to go try it out but I was a little disappointed with the hours they were open... Closed on Saturday and Sunday? What about the people that work during the week the weekends are the only time they can get out. Needless to say I was very disappointed looks like we will have to wait for another store to open, maybe they will have more availability
Very pleased with bike rentals. Always very helpful. Wonderful customer services. Would highly recommend doing business here!
