Great, clean hotel with great staff. Only docked one star because the luggage carts suck. If you guys are listening please sell those three wheel tricycles and get some full size, four wheel carts. I had to constantly make multiple trips, and have things fall off.
Great experience staying here for work. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are always clean. The shower was a bit finicky but other than that I had a great stay.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Tony in the visitors bureau ( thats located in the lobby) was very knowledgeable helpful with our questions. The room was spacious and very clean, bed was comfortable.
MAJOR ADA violation here! Despite the fact that the state mask mandate officially expired and the fact that there are medical exemptions in the (expired) mandate, this location absolutely refused service without a mask!nnThis is absolutely unacceptable and a blatant disregard for the LAW.nnMedicine is not one-size-fits-all. What might be harmless to one, such as eating a peanut, could spell anaphylactic shock for another.nnBesides the flagrant illegal activity, there was no welcome packet offering food delivery ideas, the wallpaper was peeling, and the showerhead was installed backwards- and that's just a start of describing this terrible experience.nnThis was not worth $150 per night. A $79/night hotel offered a more updated room with everything that was missing from this hotel.
