Stopped in with a brand new bike that I had bought online and had a small issue with. The owner saw my issue right away and sent me on my way with a tip to fix it and even a couple tips on the setup of my bike to make sure everything will keep running smooth. Excellent customer service, especially considering I purchased the bike elsewhere.
I dropped off two heavily used bikes for tune-ups and minor repairs. The owners were terrific, the parts were fairly priced, the total cost reasonable, and the bikes ride great. All good.

Awesome Customer Service. Please stop by and see for yourself. If they don't have it, they can most likely order it for you. Definitely not your average bike shop or retail store that sells bikes! Very knowledgeable and experienced in bikes repairs, and making sure you're getting the right bike for your money, and enjoyment.
