Family Plaza Pharmacy

Started going there because it's easy for me to get my wife from work and I had nothing but great experience with them and they are fast and get things taken care of with no hassles. The staff is very polite I won't go anywhere else to me there the best pharmacy in the valley.

I was forced to drive 45 minutes to this pharmacy due to the doctors office refusing to listen to me that there was a compounding pharmacy 5 minutes from my house. Then when I arrive they tell me I have to wait 15 minutes for them to get the prescription ready even though they've had it for a full 24 hours. Absolute joke. I have no doubt these guys are giving kickbacks to the doctors here. Edit: Nice try with the response, however your position that you required more information is absolutely false. NO information was asked of me other than my name. I was not even asked for an insurance card, when I offered, it I was told this was not covered by insurance. So I wonder what information you absorbed through osmosis by me waiting in the hallway during a pandemic. The claim by the doctor that you are the ONLY compounding pharmacy capable of this prescription is too fishy for me to believe that there aren't kickbacks happening. Perhaps it is laziness on the part of the doctor's office to be willing to call another pharmacy. My suggestion to you in that case since you "work so closely together" and have such a "professional relationship" is that you talk with them to make sure they stop giving their patients that impression. Thanks for coming up with reasons that sound legit to make others seem like you actually care and are trying to do the right thing, but you and I both know it's completely inaccurate.

Friendly staff that always remembers your name ( even mine since its spelled so differently. They never forget even how to pronounce it.) They also will try to get you the best possible price if your insurance won't pay for your medication. I will never go to another pharmacy again. Love them!!

I recently switched to Family Plaza from Smith's Pharmacy, where I had been filling for over 10 years and it's the best decision I've EVER made! I was always waiting hours at Smith's, was constantly given a hard time every month about filling my scripts and with Family Plaza (Especially Phil, one of the pharmasist) they make me feel like I'm actually wanted there and my business and prescription needs are important. It also is a plus that I've never waiting longer then 15 minutes to have my scripts filled! I'll never switch Pharmacies again! I'm a Family Plaza Pharmacy customer for life now!
