I bought a bike seat, put it on my bike and it was very uncomfortable. The seat is a Hobson seat. The person at the store told me everyone loved this seat. I found it to by painful to use. I called and asked if I could return. The store person said “ if you put it on your bike you can not return it” I tried to buy locally to support small businesses. I guess Amazon will be my go to in the future.
I would love to give a local place five stars but they have lost my business recently. I took my bike in to have it tuned up, rode it for maybe 50 miles, had issues with it changing gears. I take it back to Goose and they say that one of the gears is on backwards, do not take ownership after I tell them this is the only place it has been maintained and then charge me full price of a tune up. Back to Schellers I go.
Kyle at the Lagrange shop is outstanding! He definitely knows his way around the bike. He will do everything he can to get your bike back in top shape. At a reasonable price I might add.
Wow, do these guys know customer service or what?!? I had a repair that needed to be done Pronto, as I was passing through town and only had a short amount of time for a mountain bike fix. John and Noah made quick work of identifying the part needed, and getting that part on the bike in very short order. I would highly recommend this shop and these guys for any and all of my bike needs!
Really enjoyed the service at this shop he did an excellent job on my bike and at a good price. I would hive more stars if I could
