Worst shopping experience ever. I spent 45 minutes here 11:15am-12pm. The guy that works in the shoe department with the dreadlocks just hides in the back room the whole time. No one knows what they are doing with shoes here. Nobody else understands soccer shoes or anything else so we had to leave empty-handed. This place is the worst. Shop online just buy a few different sizes and skip the bad in-store experience.

Called the EAST BRUNSWICK store because I was placing an in-store pick up online and whoever the man was on the phone had a BAD attitude. This close to Christmas and a dude wanna be angry at his life for working in retail around Christmas. Be thankful E.B store hasn't closed down yet because its heading there. Yikes.

On 04/13/2021 I was attempting to purchase a few items. It took me about 10 minutes to locate an associate. After finding an associate to use the fitting room , the associate told me to wait that he did not have the keys. After 15 minutes i had to ask a different associate that told me that the fitting rooms were already closed and that the previous associate explained that to me. Wasted roughly 25 min because of bad costumer service. Left all items!!!

Nice store. people are pleasant in the store, they seem happy to assist you.nPrices are fair, not great. They have a matching program, but it seems limited. Place is clean and organized. I will go again.

The place is clean and a good size to find what you are looking for. The store is a little pricey in general compared to other stores who sell the same products. It is the convenience of going to get what you want right away that is nice, but to survive, they need to get better pricing, otherwise Amazon is going to force them away. Will go again to the store for future purchases.
