This is honestly the best bike shop that I have ever been to. They always can give me help and advice whenever purchasing a product for my bmx bike. Their prices are reasonable, and their staff are well known on their bikes and parts. For sure will be my main bike shop.

The guys here are good. I’ve been here a few times for inner tubes and other little bike things. They’ve always had everything I needed, great customer service.

GREAT customer service adjusted my brakes on the spot and applied bike oil to the chain. Took the time to make sure it was all right. Very reasonable and fairly priced I definitely was not over charged. I felt confident with this small service which demonstrates the decency of this business

Whenever I needed a simple repair or advice about my family’s bikes they were always happy to help. Even if it was ten minutes to closing, they were cheerful, detailed, patient with my every little question. When it came to an installation or repair l found them to be as accommodating as possible. They have truly earned my business.

Very disappointed in the customer service. In all fairness the front door was locked but I noticed the rear door open and someone was working on a bike. I had my bike in the back of the truck and just wanted to drop it off, I was on my way to the city and did not want to leave my bike in the back of the truck while I was attending to my business. I approached the gentleman working on a bike and asked him could I just leave it and I will call tomorrow for an estimate he was not very cordial and said no you cannot it has to be written up I explained to him my situation and he did not seem very understanding at all. I have spent several hundred dollars because I believe in patronizing local business as opposed to buying things online I was very disappointed and I do not think I will be a customer there in the future
