Store is a total mess at times they lack on quality help the only way you know an associate is by their key chain lanyard hanging out their pocket. Never enough cashiers or no self checkout. Prices are higher since they are the only game in town. This is why people gravitate towards Amazon.

Ordered a bike for cyber Monday. It’s Dec. 13 and every time I call, I get the “2-3 more days to build your bike” response. Very lax. They don’t really care. Very disappointed and now impatiently waiting. It takes 1 hour to build a bike. Come on!

The manager robbed me. She said one of my items weren’t on my receipt I was exchanging for one size lager. They took my return shirt & made me purchase another shirt one size larger. She said out loud I could of stole the shirt in front of many other customers. I was so offended. The other manager was going to let me return the shirt without a receipt. Long story short she stole the shirt I was returning for a bigger size. Poor customer service. Offensive in every way. I purchased over $550 worth of stuff. I’m offended
