I called the pharmacy twice and no answer. I then went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and while I waited I called the Pharmacy and watched to see if someone would pick up and of course no one picked up even though the phone was ringing and there were at least 4 - 5 people working. They were all laughing and having a good old time while the phone was ringing. I then asked a pharmacy staffer if they have a phone number so that I can call and she told me no. They are not only lazy they are also liar. Pick another pharmacy you never know they are so uninterested in their jobs they might even give you the wrong medicine.

If you need prescription medication take your business some place else. This people don’t value your time. For one simple medication you’ll wait about one hour , plus you’ll get an attitude. Very rude people. It’s not one time situation, I’ve been customer for years and always the same story.

I picked up a prescription for my elderly mother. The pharmacist technician at the counter stated that the blood thinner medication that was prescribed costed 660 dollars. She pre-empted the charge by stating that this was WITH insurance. I had to pause, stepped out of line and called my mother to check that this was the correct medication. Since she needs it to live, I again, I asked that the insurance card was being used and the cashier confirmed that it was.nFast forward to the next day when my father told me that we were overcharged because the insurance company had no record of the insurance being used. I was baffled! What did the cashier do to me!? My dad wanted to double check on the high cost, and then followed up on the phone with the insurance company to get their hundreds of dollars back, not a fun way to spend an afternoon.nThis CVS location really, really screwed up on this insurance. I do not trust them.

The worst pharmacy you can ever go to. They make u wait hours to bring out your prescriptions. If this place wasn’t close to my home I would never go. The service makes me never want to pick up my prescriptions. It’s actually insane how slow they are.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with... had no choice insurance in store prescriptions changed from Walgreens to cvs ... they either do not have the meds needed or the do not have enough to fill the prescription.. dr answered their message to renew via email on a Monday they never checked email on Thursday had to go into the store... they had not checked their email..they never answer their phones earlier than 25 minutes.....now they keep leaving messages I have a filled prescrption when I called three times to cancel this prescription.. DO Not Go To This CVS!!!!
