I bought my bike on Amazon and the staff assembled all the parts together. They were very professional and diligent. Also, the owner is so professional and he really does care about the customers. I go there whenever I need a quick fix on my bike.

I started cycling about 3-4 months ago -- after my initial bike essentially fell apart, I brought it in to Mark and from the beginning he was extremely honest with what work would be needed. Instead, I traded in the bike and he gave me a beautiful vintage road bike for a VERY fair price. Today I went back to Brookdale Cycle to grab a bike rack, something I knew very little about. Not only did he come out to my car to make sure the bike rack was compatible, but he very quickly installed it! I'll forever be going to Brookdale Cycle and would recommend the same for anyone else who who is either looking to buy a bike, need a repair, or need some type of accessory.

I think I have found my new local bike shop.nnCame in today because I am leaving on a trip tomorrow to bike with friends and I needed my tore up bike fixed a bit (air in the tires) and apparently it needed more than that - needed a new gear shift entirely and something that goes around the wheels replaced. I came in at around 3 PM and they close at 6. The guy was at first unsure if he'd be able to do the work today but then mentioned he'd be willing to stay a little while after closing to make sure I'd have the bike back same day. Already, I was more than pleased.nnHe told me to just come back later after he'd give me a call. Turns out he ended up calling within the hour to say the work was done before their closing time. I returned, he suggested a kickstand so I added that, paid, and had my bike back ship shape and it's ready for the weekend. He clearly prioritized my bike.nnSuperior service. I will definitely be back.
