Normal in and out

I used to frequent this Walgreens because it's near where I live, but over the years, the service has become less than mediocre. On Dec. 6, 2020 I scheduled an appointment for the flu shot (my first time coming for this service because my PCP is booked). I arrived on Dec. 7, 2020 at my scheduled time around 1:30pm and I stood on a line with just me in it and the pharmacy associate refused to look up and acknowledge that I was even waiting in line. After standing there a whole 3 minutes by myself and watching the pharmacist walk right from behind the counter past me, the associate asked if she could help me. I told her why I was there and she told me the pharmacist went on break and won't be back until after 2pm. I told her I scheduled an appointment in advance. The associate told me that they don't really pay attention to online appointments and that I would have to wait for the Pharmacist to come back from break.nnI proceeded to leave the location. I will just go to CVS although it's further away.nnI gave this location 2 stars only, one for location and one for cleanliness. Other than that, this store does not deserve anymore stars.

I don’t come here often. In fact, i have visited this store just one time, however, it left a great impression on me. I went on a Sunday afternoon. I was not feeling well and needed to get some meds. An elderly woman who was struggling with walking was having a hard time managing her groceries. The young woman at the register closest to the door went above and beyond to help this woman and was very sweet and polite to her as well. The other young lady who worked there was just as courteous. I was very happy to see such great work ethic and felt the need to shed light on such actions. Thank you for making my day a little better by being a great example of how to treat and respect others! I can honestly say as crumby as i felt going into that store I left a little happier by seeing such great actions. Kudos to you ladies!

Always clean and friendly customer service. They have alot of options, but more during holiday's. They have a parking lot, this is really convenient. I would recommend shopping here.

Customer service is good, however, they are not knowledgeable when it comes to money transactions (paypal, prepaid cards, etc) it is always a hassle when I come to this location for this purpose. Its sad because normally where I do my money transactions I go shopping as well but I will not be using this location because its a headache to do so.
