Manager of the bloomfield Ave Montclair nj store would not take a RAINCHECK because it was a few months old even though it says in bold writing THIS RAINCHECK DOES NOT EXPIRE AND CAN BE USED AT ANY CVS. She just refused, very rude..maybe her weight problem makes her cranky but don’t take it out on customers!!

On Friday September 25, 2020 at 5:33 PM, I came to this location to picked up my photo order. After, paying $ 21.62 I asked the cashier Enrique if he could give me a little plastic bag so that I could carry my pictures. He replied: “ I would have to charged you $ 0.10 cents.nTo my disappointed I had to carry my pictures in my hands outside on the streets. ud83dude33nnAnother disappointment on 03/04/2021 when I went to the pharmacy. I had bought my meds cash & kept my receipt. However,my insurance had made a payment as well & when they tried to call the pharmacy,(which avoids my insurance calls), my insurance notified me immediately & told me to go & get re-imbursed.nWhen I returned to CVS pharmacy, the young girl told me: we have to give you a money card because it was in December.nWhat a lame excuse, when my insurance & I were trying to resolve the matter in December 2020 until as of March 2021.nIt was no problem for the pharmacy to take my cash. I won’t do business with this location ANYMORE! ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

This is a very large CVS inside. You will find almost anything you need at this location. They even have a huge refrigerated food section. They have great customer service at the front counter. They have self-service checkout lines, but I prefer full-service cashier. I don't know about the pharmacy at this particular location. Plenty of room at the photo service and MoneyGram kiosk section. I get the best deals from the yellow discount tags in the isles. The front parking lot is always crowded and busy. Be careful. There's plenty of parking around the back to the left side.

The CVS itself is just fine. The pharmacy staff however.... 0/10. Awful customer service. Terrible attitudes. If you can get your prescriptions somewhere else and save yourself.

First time and hopefully last time.when calling the store and left on hold it is customary to let customer on hold that the pharmacist is still busy. Not left on hold for 30 minutes. No value to customers. Shame
