Moved in August 10. No welcome to the community but you send a letter about my garage can. How about sending me a letter of do's and don'ts before a notice of a violation of a🗑️. Horrible dealing with these guys. Never would have bought here if I knew how bad they were. It shows they are in West Jordan but they are in Lehi. No address just a PO box. There is water damage due to the balconies being built wrong and they have not done anything to fix them. Can't wait to get out of here.

Lesson learned. Ask around to the neighbors about the HOA, not the sellers.
