It's a good place to live, nothing big happens here, (from what I've witnessed) but even though you buy your mobile home, there is no way you can remodel it however you want. Also some dogs are supposedly forbidden, even though some people have them anyways, but I guess they just let some people have them, not sure, but they really need to get there business priorities together.
Mobile home park lot rent is ridiculous! No amenities to compensate the high rent. All other mobile home parks in the valley have club house and lot rent is reasonable and affordable. Lived here off and on since 1999. Nothing has changed. Just keep raising lot payment.
I have lived here for over 10 years and I'm tired of all the stuff happening around here. We pay about $750 a month for rent and what do we get? Pretty flowers by the front entrance, no pool or clubhouse, and we're lucky if they'll actually snow plow the roads at all.
Met one of my good friends here
Had a great time working with Marc and Dottie. Two great people who care for the people there.
